Carolin Grampp is a passionate educator with a background in psychology and business. She has been facilitating post-, undergraduate and executive modules for more than 15 years at University College Dublin. Carolin is interested in the well-being of individuals and organisations and is using her training in Mindfulness based interventions not just in the university setting but also offers Mindful Self compassion and Positive Neuroplasticity courses to the general public.
Ashe House, the former home of Thomas Ashe ( 1885- 1917), situated in beautiful North County Dublin, is A Place of True Refuge. It offers opportunities for learning, training, and developing meditative practices in Mindfulness Based Approaches to individuals, Health Care Professionals, Workplace Wellness Programmes as well as Continuous Professional Developments days, 5 rhythms/ Open Floor and yoga. The Centre is the sole organiser and representative in Ireland for the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, Boulder, Colorado, which offers Professional Training in Somatic Psychology,Traumatic Trauma and Developmental Trauma, with the solid foundations of Mindfulness and Neuroplasticity underpinning all trainings. Anne Kirwan SRN, RM,Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist (CSP) is facilitator and owner/manager of Ashe House and teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self Compassion and Positive Neuroplasticity courses at the centre and other venues.
